I specialize in corrective exercise, functional performance training, and stretch and flexibility coaching, catering to musicians, seniors, youth, golfers, and individuals over 40. By understanding daily physical challenges, I tailor fitness programs to enhance strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, and overall wellness.
